We are committed to broadening our presence in the Oncology and Inflammatory Disease area while actively seeking business opportunities to revamp our capability. In-house, we are building groups of scientists with advanced capabilities in the areas of medicinal chemistry, disease biology, and translational research. Last year, we launched our first Innovation Center in CIC/Boston to strengthen our capabilities in the space of fast-growing gene therapy field and network into bio ecosystems there. Looking ahead, we remain focused on expanding our presence in Oncology and Inflammatory Diseases, pursuing strategic opportunities to drive growth in the global market.

We are actively recruiting Senior/General Manager who will have a role in scientific review of potential assets/technologies and relevant business development activities, primarily focus on oncology/immunology. Key responsibility:

•     Perform analysis of targets, preclinical/clinical assets and platform technologies across the therapeutic areas with a primary focus on immunology and oncology

•     Provide support for project management, progress reports/plans as requested

•     Support leadership team in building relationship with potential business partners/other key external parties, and relevant BD activities

•     Reporting to Team Lead of R&D Planning Team

Preferred qualifications:

•     PhD in Oncology, Immunology, Biology or related disciplines with strong Postdoctoral training

•     Minimum 2 years of industry experiences in Discovery Research, Pharmacology, and/or Translational Research

•     Experience in strategical planning and/or search & evaluation strongly preferred 

•     Experience in ADC, TPD/Molecular Glue, xRNA/Genetic Medicines strongly preferred

•     Deep understanding of Oncology, Immunology and platform technologies

•     Exceptional abilities in critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication

•     Fluent in Korean and English
