We are focusing on the development of global new medicine.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Inflammatory disease
- Persistent excessive inflammation and failure to resolve acute inflammation response can cause tissue damage leading to chronic inflammatory diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), neurodegenerative diseases, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), etc.
- Immune-mediated inflammatory diseases encompass a group of common and clinically diverse conditions for which there is currently no cure. We have moved from widespread application of broad-spectrum immunomodulators to routine use of agents with exquisite specificity. However, many chronic inflammatory diseases are still not effectively controlled, and there is a need for more effective and safer drugs with new mechanisms.

Our approaches
- Our research currently focuses on three major types of programmed cell death: ferroptosis, pyroptosis, and necroptosis, which are immunogenic, to address the unmet clinical need.
- Our prioritized approaches are to Interfere with cytokine signaling pathways or inhibit inflammasome activation by adopting proper modalities.
- In response to higher clinical unmet needs, we are paying attention to intestinal inflammation and neuroinflammation with high clinical unmet need.
Primary target indications
- Gut inflammation diseases
- Neuroinflammation diseases
